How do I repair a problem in my RCA television

Thank you for your quick response. I am working with the chaise board, and the only defective part is the VERTICAL IC. I have replaced this part with a new part. MY television turns on when I turn it on, but it then sahuts off automatically. I have replaced the capasitor around the flyback and resistance. I can't still seem to find the problem. Please help me solve this problem.
