fuel pressure relief regulator the gas is not getting to the carburetor. and do you mean when the vent or the cooling on . if so yes it run. but the car want to start but it not getting gas

The next thing I need to know is if you have spark and the engine size.When checking for spark check at least two wires please.Also see if the check engine light comes on if you turn the key to the on position not the start position.Let me know what you find.

it jest would start .1 will change the manifold Absolute pressure { MAP} sensor it may be bad
And the fuel pressure regulator
