While I agree fully with the expert above...she should never be left alone with a burning cigarettes, there are measures that can be taken to improve the situation if this is not possible. I agree with you it would be cruel to take away the cigarette's at this stage...the withdraws of not having her nicotine would only cause her to suffer more.
