i have small bumps on my lips , you can't see it only if i strecth my lips. But they have become more through out the years. They do not hurt , itch or sore, just worried.

The small painless bumps on your lips are nothing to worry about. They are called "Fordyce spots". They are sebaceous glands without hair follicles often located under the epithelium of the cheek and free lip border. These spots are not a disease. These glands are acino-tubular and distributed in clusters. They are connected to the covering epithelium by a duct with a keratinizing stratified epithelium. Many people have them.
