my cat, whose about 8 months old, looks like she has little larvae like things on her tush. Problem they are white and look like larvae but they dont move... Am I correct in just taking het to the vet.

Answer

Those are Tapeworm segments. Your vet will either give her oral Drontal or Droncet or there is also an injection that will eradicate them.
You can buy the product online as well at 1800petmeds.com.
It is a good idea to treat her with Advantage because most tapeworms come from a flea bite.
