Question

I have a question. A few weeks ago I noticed a few small (almost eraser size) dry red bumps on my thigh and left forearm. I assumed they were ingrown hairs or something. They have yet to go away and are spreading. No one else in my house has them, they do not itch or ooze in any way. What are they and how do I get rid of them?
