Question

I have a minitaure Yorkie he will be 4yrs old. He has never had any health problems. I noticed yesterday when I was giving him a bath and went to towel dry him and noticed a red patch on one of his testicals. It does not seem to be sensitive and there is no knot where the red patch is. I have an aloe plant and I put a little on it yesterday and today it does not seem to be as red, although it still is red and is still not sensitive. He has not changed any eating habits and his behaviour has not changed either. I did change his food, same brand just a different mixture.
