Question

I work for a company for approx. 8 months now i have the same qualifications as the next person. I bided on two shifts. I was denied both shifts. one was awarded to a white male paid 13.00 an hr for the 5am to 12pm shift m-f. and the second one was awarded to a white male who has only been there 2 months. 8am to 6pm m-f. The guy who was awarded my first bid of 5am to 12pm @13.00 an hr quit. My supervisor ask me to work the shift with only 1 day notice. The shift was said to pay 13.00 hr but I'm making 12.00 hr. I have a stub to prove the guy before me was making 13.00 and my supervisor said he was not going to change my rate of pay. Are any of these a form of discrimination concidering I am 1 of the only black females at the company total of 5 blacks period.
