I have weakness in the arms and ache in the upper arms. I have experienced tightness in the chest just under the colar bones on both sides and an ache in the crease of my upper legs . I don't feel any swellon glands. I experienced the aches then got a sore thoat four days later. Could this be a virus or should I look into something else? I have felt the aches and weakness for about a week or more now.It started with a lower back ache.
