The importance of "feedback" influences how a Just Answer Ask the Expert is rated. For example, positive--and/or negative feedback determines what percentage of the dollar amount a customer has posted will be paid to the expert. Likewise, feedback determines what percentage of any BONUS amount a customer has offered will be paid to the expert. The range for the dollar amount an expert receives from each post can be from 25-50% depending on the ratings and ratings are affected directly by feedback.

Bonuses can be paid to an expert up to a maximum of 90% of the dollar amount the customer has offered as a BONUS for an expert.

Feedback is very important, determines an experts income. When negative or neutral feedback is given by an inquirer, we know that we must look at their feedback response and see how or if we could have done better. When we receive positive feedback, we need to keep doing the same quality job and must alwasy continue to strive to do even better!
