Question

I have recently stopped drinking anything with caffine. My purpose is to avoid the negative effects of caffine appeared to have upon me such as flushing of the face, frequent urination and looser bowel movements. Does decaffinated coffee have any of these effects? Or are all of the negative side effects of coffee related only to the caffine? Thanks.

Hi,

Most of the effects of drinking coffee comes from caffeine which is in the coffee.Decaffinated coffee as far as I know does not have caffeine in it.
