looking for recipe for a greek pizza,it's only about 3 inches in diameter;filling has ground lamb in it.I've heard it called a" Spearheart"

I have a fairly good knowledge of Greek cuisine, but the name "Spearheart" doesn't sound like anything I've come across before. However, I think that you may be refering to a type of Greek pie called Spanakotyropita     or more commonly)spanakopita. The reason I believe thi may be what your looking for is both the simularities in name and also the type of pie or "pizza" that can be made. Although there are many different recipies, many variations call for ground lamb as one of the main ingredients.

There is also a Greek dish called Bourekakia which is a meat (lamb) in pyllo dough. This could be made very much like a small pizza. Here is a link to a recipe for bourekakia:
