Question

my daughter who is 16 was recently diangnosed with Postural Tachycardia Syndrom and Vasovagal Syncope. When she was 12 she had Sydenhams Chorea, a form of Rhumatic Fever. Could there be any relationship between the two diseases? And could these point to possibly larger corinary problems we should be concerned about?
