I am looking for a part (a coil 25C-202) for an old Magnavox Television. I can't find anything on-line. Any ideas? Thank you.

Thank you for your quick reply. I had previously tried some of your ideas before posting my question but I didn't get far. I stopped at two old TV repair places that were nearby and neither had my part. I called a third that someone had suggested and the man seemed knowledgeable and helpful but did not have my part. He seemed to think that it was a rather common part that was used interchangeably between models and should be available somewhere. I also e-mailed Magnavox but got a standard e-mail reply of no help (you could tell it was a standard cut and paste from a prepared Q&A). Since the TV is about 15 years old or so the standard reply I get is ..... "it's time for a new one anyway". The TV Model # is RD4956PE02, the Serial # is 25994024 and the number on the coil is 25C-202. Thank you, Holly.

Do you have the model "name" other than Magnavox?

Sometimes they came with a name like elite, vangaard, etc.

Does the coil have a manufacturer name on it other than magnavox. (GE for example).

These coils often are used in other models of televisons including later models of magnavox.
