Where do I find an unfinished/custom bookcase?

I want to buy an unfinished bookcase - with custom dimensions - where do I get something like this made? I want it to be unfinished and sturdy wood - 30.25 inches high, 17 inches deep and 28.5 inches wide. I will be painting it. Where do I find something cost effective?
