According to the web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic (this page, in Russian language only, scroll down half way), Kyrgyz citizens can travel without a visa, with only their passport to the following countries:
Azerbaijan, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cuba, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, North Korea, Poland, Russia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam.
The maximum visa-free stay varies from country to country: it's either one month, three months or unlimited.
Let me know if you need more help with this question.
