my kyocera v5 slider cell phone led screen lights up but shows no pictures, just solid blank "lit" screen! help; XXXXXXX.XXXXXX@XXXXXXX.XXX.. thanks, darling.

Answer

It could be stuck in sleep mode or the screen died. These phones have a hx. of scrren problems after only a few months of use. Is it still under contract. Try removing and reinstalling battery.
