Question

Yesterday, my cat, who was born on March 28th, came in the living room from our other room which houses rabbits and his right eye was closeds and he was meowing very loudly and lengthly. Today, his eye is open, but he meows whenever anyone comes near him. Also, when I pick him up, he meows like he's in pain. Should I be concerned of rabies and should I keep him away from my other two cats?
