I have a1999 mod. RCA TV Series PIP TV. Mod # f3665 ser # 927331571. The sound is leaving and all you hear is a fuzzy sound like when you are not on a channel that picks up. If you un-plug it it will work for a few minuites or if you just leave it on it will come and go. Please help !!!
