When do they go into heat this time of year my female is 13 months old as of the 23 of jan. Also my female and male have the same dad but different mother can they be breed and register the litter?

She should come into heat every 6 months. Do you have any idea when she was in heat last? If she has been in heat just one time then she should be coming into heat again at any time. You can breed them and register the litter but you need to be sure no line-breeding like this has been done in their background. They say it can be done safely one time so be sure to research it. If you continue to line-breed it can bring out all of the bad and undesirable traits in the puppies.
