Dance shoe companies specialize in patent leather. Dance academies or schols will have sources and outlets for the shoes you are looking for. Generally, they deal in only three leather types: patent, sueade, and cords.

and one final note:
1. Second hand shops, like those ran by the salavation army, often have "retro shoes". you may find a pair of brown leather patents there. They can be taken to a shoe repair shop for refurbishing. AND
2. Shoe repair shops often have unclaimed merchandice that would fit your needs.
