As I said, you might try a local dance company or school. Even the smallest one will have several catalogues.

and one final note:

1. Second hand shops, like those ran by the salavation army, often have "retro shoes". you may find a pair of brown leather patents there. They can be taken to a shoe repair shop for refurbishing. AND

2. Shoe repair shops often have unclaimed merchandice that would fit your needs.
