Question

A week and a Half ago I flew across county and on the decent of my last flight my ears were slightly damaged. I went to the doctors the next day because both of my ears were clogged. She put my on a prescription Sudafed and antibiotics to prevent an Infection. Its been now about 10 days and my right ear is still clogged! The meds are all taken now, and I have been taking over the counter Sudafed. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to relieve the clogged eustachian tube?

Answer

try applying a warm compress to that ear and use a humidifier too. Stop taking the sudefed for a few days and see how that goes. After you stop about 5 days, then re-try the sudefed if you need to.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *accept* button!
