I read somewhere that the platform for the Flushing subway at Times Square is 60 ft. below the street level. I moved from New York in 1960 but I used to make the trip all the time from Elmhurst to Times Square. How many flights of steps did I climb to get out of the subway? I would like to know how many steps too but at least the number of flights. If this is outside your scope could you direct me to somebody who would know the answer? Thanks.
