they are watering and she is squinting them ...it looks to be a clear liquid

Answer

She may have the beginnings of an eye infection or she may have gotten into something that caused eye irritation. In some cases a systemic viral respiratory infection can cause watery eyes as an early sign and may progress to thick white/greenish eye discharge, sneezing, nasal discharge, fever and lethargy. You can try rinsing her eyes out with sterile saline eye wash to see if it gives her relief and if not I would have your vet check her out.
