The first thing you need to do is fix the links on the website
http://dickfrancis.co.uk. Then you need to revamp it so it doesn't sound so bitter - professional and level-headed is what you want to portray. The other site is nice but needs some revamping of copy and the background color is too hard to read.
Next list your books online with amazon, barnes and noble, etc. if they aren't already there.
Send copies of the book to recognized experts/organizations in the field and literary critics and ask them to read and offer a comment - again, professionalism rules here!
After getting a comment or two, send out press releases to literary/book mags, papers, writers orgs, etc. Follow up. Just the fact that you have a Dick Francis web address may be newsworthy to some publication.
These are the basics. There are many things you can do to bring attention to the book and your story.
