Answer

Epitheliotropic means skin or mucous membrane loving and the lymphosarcoma means cancer that looks like it comes from changes in the lymphoid cells or T-cells.

Essentialy its a skin or mucous membrane cancer.
It usually follows a chronic progressive course lasting 1-2 years or more where plaque-like tumors can involve 30% or more of the body surface with variable involvement of internal organs.

Prognosis is not good with this sort of cancer though radiation or surgery can help in some cases.

How quickly does the cancer spread? What is the life expectancy once diagnosed?

Answer

It depends on how far along it is and if you can do treatments but 1-2 years was what I found for maximum life expectancy and anything prior to that would be normal too.
If your vet isn't giving you answers I suggest asking for a referral to a veterinary oncologist as there may be one in your area.
