6years old very healthy most of time took late bath last night kind of slow today i am very worrid help!!!!

As birds often hide illnesses really well right up to when they are very sick I'd suggest seeing an avian vet with your pet. If you do not have one you can see if you can find one here

In the meantime try offering him the choice of being near a heat source (like a light bulb on the outside of the cage with a towel over that cage area) or not and see if he is snuggling up to the heated side of his cage.
But I'd see a vet with him if he seems off to you.
