Greetings, peace be with you. I am hoping to identify this object, that looks as if it is a dispenser of sorts. It is 3 & 1/8 inches long, about 1/2 inch circumfrence. The one end has a nipple that provides an opening when pushed in, & the other end has a removable cap that sinks inside it, by about a half inch. It seems to have been made of brass & then plated with silver or nickle. The Name or phrase Watkius is inscibed on the side. Your time & consideration are greatly appreciated. God bless & keep you
