2000 chevy truck 5.3 has hard time starting after setting about 30 min.

Sounds like a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Unplug the vaculine from the regulator a few minutes after shutting truck off. See if theres gas in the vacuum line. If there is replace the regulator. It tends to flood out the truck on restarts.
