The Identity Theft Resource Center is a nonprofit organization which helps identity theft victims -- their Victim Resources Page would be a good place to start.

I urge you to do whatever is necessary to not let coping with the identity theft consume your precious time and energy. To that end, please reach out to whatever appropriate support groups and services (for example: Hospice) are available in your community.

Remember that there is no need for you to handle these problems alone.
