Is your Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit?
If you do not know then Click Start, Right Click Computer, Select Properties and a screen will come up. Under System it will tell you 32 or 64 bit.

Also what is the exact model number of the hp photosmart c3100?

I will need the exact model number of the other printer to find you the correct driver. It will be one of the following: C3125 C3135 C3140 C3150 C3175 C3180 C3183 C3190

Are you saying it took a long time for you to download the drivers for your printer?

The speed of the download has nothing to do with me?

I have no idea how long a download will take you?

I download the file in 3 minutes?

You do not realize the damage you do to an experts profile by nonchalantly leaving negative feedback for issues beyond the control of the expert helping you.
In answering your question I assisted you and solved your issue. Because your internet connection or the website you were connecting to was running slow you have left me negative feedback effectively telling other customers that I do not know what I am doing. Negative feedback cannot be removed. Leaving negative feedback can cause an expert to lose their job.
