Ok do a system restore to a date when the problem has not yet occoured, to do a system restore follow the steps in this guide: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/

To do a system restore do this:

 

First click on start(The window icon on your left hand bottom corner of screen)

Now in search box type system restore

click on system restore

When system restore starts > "choose a different restore point" > and choose a restore point when the system was all working fine > follow the steps to restore.

Finally I got back to you. I lost yhou, I paid you now you reappear. am so glad!!! I am still unable to use internet either by way of internet explorer or firefox. Please help me I am a novice and I feel lost

This is the second time I answer you. I need step by step instructions.... after I click on internet explorer what do I do... how do I go to the link and click on fix it and reset internet explorer... please be patient I am an 80 year ld novice
