Try unplugging the machine then wait a couple of minutes then try it.
If thats doesnt work try giving it a few bangs to the side of the door were the buttons is to open it. Hit the metal panel and not the door. This could just free the door lock so it will open.
Let me know if any of them work if not then we can try something else then.

Ok if thats not working what you need to do is remove the lid and the plug. Then looking down the machine on the left hand side at the front you need to reach down and grab hold of the door lock and try and push the door hook thats pokeing through the door lock to the left and at the same time pull the door.
If that doesnt work then grab hold of the lock and work it backwards and forward to break it off the machine then it will come of the door hook. As the door lock will need to be repalced anyway as its faulty thats why it wont release the door.
