Ok,

There are a few things that may be going on. I do not believe the bath had any connection to what you are seeing.

First if she is not eating and is a small dog she will experience a drop in blood glucose this will make them very tired and can be very dangerous. This may be why you saw a sudden improvement as soon as she ate. Get some syrup and give her a few drops if this happens again.Make sure you are feeding her a good food and no human food. She should be eating at least 3 small meals a day.

Most dogs will eat grass for 2 reasons because either they need more fiber in their diet or they have an upset stomach. Make sure you always feed the same thing.Changes in diet can lead to stomach upset, constipation or diarrhea.

Because she has long hair make sure you shave the area around the rectum to keep the feces from getting stuck or wash the bottom after each bowel movement.

Make sure you watch her closely the next few days in case she digested some of the styrofoam. If she begins vomiting, stops producing stool or becomes unresponsive please take her in.

Here is a link to some agencies that may have funds to help should you need to see a vet.
