Question

Hi I am Joe 43 years old, in the past 5 or 6 months i have been feeling unwell, i have been to the Doctors, and they have done a a few tests on me to find out what is wrong with me first i will tell you my symptoms then i will tell you the tests which i have had done,

1, i have lower back pain for about 6 months now it makes me feel like i need to do a no 2 al the time
2, i have loose stools for the same period and the colour is dark brown and seems to be a bit slimmy
3, i have pains in my middle back to the left and right but seems more to the right
4, i get the feeling of wanting to be sick but not all the time and abdomen pains more to the right which kind of starts from my right groin then travels to my right side above the hip i once got this pain quite bad and was very sick it started with a sour salty taste in my mouth then i was sick
5, i get nausea but not all the time, i also get short of breath and the need to urinate more often
6, also i get tired very easy, i normally am quite active and i never fallen asleep on the sofa watching tv but now i can hardly keep awake after 8 in the evening its just not me at all
