Question

I believe I need help from a construction person. I live in Kirkland, WA and I am an elderly physically disabled home maker. I signed a contract that includes Arbitration. My project was intended to give me greater freedom to leave my home to pick up the mail and visit neighbors but I now find that there are MORE physical barriers than I had before the project began. It included the installation of a prefabricated wheel chair lift as I can no longer manage stairs or even a long ramp. However I cannot get my new electric wheel chair onto the lift as there are construction problems. The the eyes of the Construction manager the project is almost finished. In my eyes and heart, I am less free than before. In heart and mind the spirit of the project has NOT been accomplished. I believe I must act soon but I do not know where to start.
