Hello and thank you for your question?
I would love to help I just need some additional information.
Any chance he got into something toxic?
Any food changes?
Can you explain the loss of muscle control?
Are his gums pink and moist?
What did the vomit look like?
When did he last defecate?
Does he eat things he is not supposed to like toys, cloth, etc
Not that we're aware of as far as something toxic.
Same dry food and table scraps like always.
He just seems week when he stands. I don't really think that there's a loss of muscle control just really weak.
Gums are pinkish but not as pink as they normally are but they are moist and so is his tongue.
Green bile.
I would guess he defacted a day or so ago.
He's not a chewer or toy eater but on occassion catches a bird.
He has no appetite.
We're using an eye dropper to keep him hydrated.
I sent my significant other to the store to buy pedialite so that I can get some electrolytes in him.
He just lays on his sides with his eyes open and appears to have shallow breathing but doesn't seem to be in any discomfort.
The last thing we were able to get him to eat was a couple slices of cheese last evening.
I've been using a syringe with sugar water in it to keep some fulids in him.
Ok,
Just a few more
Does the abdomen seem hard or distended?
How long ago did you give the aspirin and how much?
Do not give anymore aspirin the dose you are given is two times the recommended dose and should only be given every 12 hours. This can lead to additional stomach upset or ulceration. Here is a link to the recommend dosage for over the counter medication

The pedilyte is great, It could be that some of the table scraps have irritated the digestive tract or caused a some inflammation in the pancreas. This can be painful and may make him not want to move around.
The vomiting and lack of stool could also mean that he has eaten something(maybe a bird) that has become lodged in the digestive tract.
I would give some pepcid and allow his tummy to rest.
If he seems hungry tomorrow I would feed a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice. Make sure to rinse the chicken after boiling to remove any fat and grease.
If the vomiting continues tomorrow I would recommend having him seen by your vet and perhaps an x-ray to view the internal organs such as the liver kidneys and spleen. They will also be able to see if there is an obstruction in the intestinal tract.
Please let me know how he is doing and if I can be of additional assistance
