Hello,
There is a production split on the 07 3 series.
For vehicles produced as of 2007 09 (september)
It is fuse 8
For vehicle produce before the september 2007 date it is fuse 30.
To find out for your vehicle look on the vin sticker on the b-pillar by the door jam. Or check or replace both fuses and hopefully you will be back up and running.
The fuse panel is behind the glove box and not the easiest thing to get to with the mini fuses but it can be replaced without taking the entire glove box out.
