Question

I have ordered custom made showcase for my store and it was suppose to be delivered on thursday and on thursday the guy told me it's not finished it will be ready and delivered on friday. Today is friday i went to see if they are ready now he is telling e that they are gonna be ready on saturday. I have signed the leased at the mall and i was suppose to open my shop today and I am loosing money because If i don't open i don't make any sales. Can i take any action against that guy?
