i have just opened a mobile pay as you go account with three mobile. on opening via the web it takes 7 days for your card to be verifyed, having put your detail in and your barclays pin code. my card has been activated and i proceeded to top it up on line. everything was fine via the web just that three will not activate the phone due to security issues. they now want me to send them a bank statement, which im not prepared to do. i gave tghem details of my other phone which has been on a monthly contract (which is continuing)and have been a customer for over 4 years can you help.
