Answer

If you go here: https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlidvalidation&ct=eformcs&scrx=1

and fill out this form to the best of your ability someone from Hotmail support should get in contact with you in a couple of days to help you get back into your account.

If that form does not help you then you will have to go here: https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlim&ct=eformts&scrx=1

To initiate support for someone to help you.

Hi Jerry, I indicated that I did not have enough info to submit the validation form. It will not allow you to submit if unable to fill out all mandatory questions. I did access the other email support form while waiting for a response. Thank you

Answer

Unfortuatly because most users use the free version of Hotmail that second form is the best you can do and you will just have to be patient for them to get back to you in a couple days to try and jelp you regain access to your email account.

Sorry there is no quicker way to access the account. I hope I have been helpful though.

Is there a chance they wouldnt be able to gain access to my account? How will they go about doing so? Do they get in touch via email? Do you know more about the process?

Accepted Answer

You should give them as much detail regarding the situation as you can and a alternative email address they can contact you at while you are trying to gain access to your Hotmail account. All I know about the process is that they ask you to try and verify your account to the best of your ability to prove that it is your account . I do not know how long it will take them excatly to contact you though. I do know that they tend to contact the users that pay for there premium service quicker then say if you only have a free account.
