Question

I have A 1990 town car, and once in a while it will turn over but not start.I still get a spark but I beleve the fuel pump is not comming on.Can you tell me where the fuel pump relay is located on my town car. thank you Richard P S I also hooked up a code reader to the car and these are the results: Primary fuel pump circut fail, and fuel pump circut open, I hope this will help with the diagnosis.

Already Tried:
When the problem is happening,I sprayed a little bit of starter fluid in the air box and it momentarly started, and died.
