Thanks for your question.
Yes, the long-term capital gain tax rates are 0% through the tax year ending Dec. 31, 2010 at this time for taxpayers in the 10 and 15% tax brackets. It is 15% for taxpayers who are in higher than 15% tax brackets. You have to have held the asset for more than 1 year.
