Answer

Ok,

In that case this tells me that this is a company provided email account, so before we try anything can you tell me if you have talked to your network administrator about your email issue?

If not you may wish to contact your corporate IT person first.

If you have already spoken to them and they cannot help can you click start then run and type CMD and hit enter to open a DOS window.

From there can you type "telnet azindustrialcleaning.com 25" without the quotes and hit enter.

Next can you type "set local_echo" without the quotes and hit enter.

Then type "helo azindustrialcleaning.com" without the quotes and hit enter then let me know if it says 250 OK

If it does can you type "mail from: <Enter your Email Address>" without the quotes then hit enter and let me know if it responds 250 OK mail from <your Email address>

Thanks

Answer

Ok,

In that case your issue is that for one reason or another you cannot connect to the Exchange server at your company, Honestly at this point I would suggest you call your IT department and find out if there are any issues with your mail servers then let me know what they say so we can try a few things, Otherwise we could spend a lot of time trying to fix this just to find out that the IT at your company may have performed an update and turned off your access.

Let me know once your IT has confirmed the server is up and your account is enabled.

Thanks

Another bit of info. When I am in he office I am able to connect to the wireless connect. The problem exsist when I am utilizing my Verison Wireless Air Card. I have spoke wiht verison an they are tell ing me it is not the air card.

I guess I should have provided this to you earlier. Sorry you are working with a person that has limited knowledge here

Accepted Answer

Ok,

When you are in the office you are connected to your company network so your machine isauthorized to connect and do what it needs to do to get your exchange email, however when you are using your aircard you are connecting from outside of your company network, this is why you need to speak to your IT department and see if they have you setup for outside connection to yor Exchange server, If they do we can try a few things but based on thetest you just ran it is telling me you are not able to connect to your exchange system.

Based upon that either your IT department need to enable outside access for you or they need to allow yourVerizon cards ip address to access your network or they need to set you up with a VPN connection to your office so you can connect to your work network and check your mail.

Either way you will need to talk to your IT people and ask them if you have outside access to your exchange server and dependant upon their answer we can continue and sort this out or they will make some changes an it will start to work.

Let me know what they say.

Thanks

Eric
