Next she has 30 days to submit full payment to the plaintiff creditor, if she fails to do so the creditor will ask the court for permission to garnish her wages and/or freeze any account bearing her name (including joint accounts) to satisfy the judgement.

She is on Social Security disablility and disability insurance. Three houshold bills are in her name and her disability benifits are an intergral part of the houhold budget. What can she expect if they decide to attach her disibility.
