Thanks. Normally when this happens it can be due to an infection in the computer. Download/Save ComboFix and run it for me and then test out the adobe flash.
(IMPORTANT) Click OK to continue on those popup messages from combofix, DO NOT disable the anti-virus, just click OK to go on and you might have 3 different OK boxes to pop up, and if it ask to download the recovery console just click no.
Try to run COMBOFIX and it will take about 5 minutes to complete tops. The Microsoft Level 2 Techs use this and nothing gets past it. This is a FREE scan and it does not install anything on your computer, it runs from the command prompt!

1) Save it to your desktop
2) Run It
When it is done, you will get a notepad with the report. If anything was deleted it will show you at the top like this....
(((((((((((((((((( other deletions )))))))))))))))))))
Here is you a guide just in case you want to see what happens.

After that, close the notepad, restart your computer, and everything should be back to normal.

BEST OF LUCK!
How do I test?
Try to go to www.youtube.com and look at a movie, etc...
Thanks!
Thank you for your help. I am not there yet. How do I see where it is on my computer an make run for my on line art classes.?
For adobe flash player, if it installed successfully, go to your control panel and into add/remove programs and it will be listed there.
You cant. Adobe Flash Player is not really what you call a player. Its an add on for Internet Explorer or FireFox to use. However, if you want a player provided by Adobe, you need to download and install Adobe Shockwave Player.

Anthony,
I am back to the same problem. I go to Adobe and attempt to download Adobe shockwave player and the download locks up. Perhaps it is my computer. I know this is taking toooooolong.
ok. Try ccleaner.
Download/Install CCLEANER. Here is the link...
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Click Download The Latest Version in the top-right hand corner. Once you have this software installed, run it for me. Now i want you to do this with it.
1) Check all boxes under these Categories
- Internet Explorer
- Windows Explorer
- System
- Advanced (DO NOT CHECK WIPE FREE SPACE FOR NOW)
Wipe Free Space is like Disk Defragment, its very good to use but it takes a while to run it.
2) Click Run Cleaner
3) Click Registry on the main left hand side column
4) Click Scan for Issues
5) Click Fix Select Issues
6) Click No
7) Click Fix All Select Issues
8) Click Ok
9) Click Close
10) Close CCLEANER
Hmm. Last thing, download and install MalwareBytes and perform a full system scan. Remove all infections found and from the quarantine section as well. Then restart the computer when your done.
