Hello XXXXXXXXXX,

A debtor is not eligible for a second chapter 7 discharge unless the case is filed at least 8 years after the petition filing date of the first chapter 7 discharge case. You count the 8 years from the filing of your first chapter 7 petition, not the discharge.
