I think I saw some black worm in my stool..they remained after flushing. i am a 37 year old woman.

Hello,

Sometimes dark green leafy veggtables can go thru the GI system and come out looking like that. The best way is to collect a stool sample and take it to your provider to send off to the lab.

 

Most parasites are lighter in color. Some symptoms would be GI upset like diarrhea, vomiting abdominal pain etc.

 

You could wait to see if it reoccurs if you are not having any of the above symptoms.

i dont have nausea or anything. but feel bloated/gassy.

Well that could be the early stages of a parasitic infection but it could also be if you have eaten lots of fiber or greasy food.
