Question

In a temporary divorce hearing, the judge rule to address the sale of the home and the debts at the final trial. Can I go back before then and get the judge to rule on who pays the mortgage since it is headed into foreclosure?

askingmy attorney and say a judge won't overrule another one.

Your attorney can go back before the same judge on a motion for re-hearing and ask him for a temporary order as to who has to pay the mortgage pending the final adjudication of the action.
