In my parenting plan regarding Post Secondary Education Support; "Each parent and each child shall pay 1/3 of of post secondary education costs, defined as tuition, room, board, books, fees, health insurance and uninsured health costs....." The first year of college- the child was away at school-- no disagreement on each paying 1/3 expenses The second year, the child has chosen a college closer to home and is therefore living 100% with me (father) while a full time student. Question- I believe i am elegible for reimbursement from the mother for reasonable room and board expenses incurred in my home from the child now living, eating, washing clothes etc-- per the agreement please advise thank you Lee Stoll Spokane, WA

That is my interpretation as well. The total cost of tuition, room, board, books fees health insurance and uninsured health costs should be totaled and divided into thirds. You should be reimbursed for the cost of room and board.
